1. About Dovixa

Dovixa operates a marketplace for downloadable digital products, including ebooks, templates, software, code, scripts, spreadsheets, and learning resources. Product descriptions identify what is included, the available formats, and the displayed price before checkout.

3. Educational information—not professional advice

Products are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, cybersecurity, employment, engineering, or other regulated professional advice. Examples, code, prompts, calculations, and business strategies may not be suitable for your circumstances. Consult a qualified professional and test materials safely before acting on them.

4. Orders, payment, and delivery

An order is completed only after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Prices, taxes, exchange rates, and available payment methods may vary by location. After confirmation, downloads are supplied through your account and may also be sent by email. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to your account.

5. Digital-product refund policy

Because digital files are delivered or made accessible immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to read the description, device incompatibility that was disclosed, or lack of use.

This policy does not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Contact admin@dovixa.in promptly if you were charged more than once, received the wrong product, cannot access the purchased files, or the product is materially defective or materially different from its description. We may first provide replacement access, a corrected file, or technical assistance and will issue a refund when required by applicable law.

6. Licence and intellectual property

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, sublicense, copy for multiple users, remove rights notices, or use a product to create a competing product. Software and template licences may include additional terms supplied with the download.

You remain responsible for ensuring your use of prompts, generated outputs, third-party names, code, images, trademarks, and other material does not violate another person’s rights.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential.
• Do not share download links or permit unauthorized account access.
• Do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass security, or misuse the service.
• Do not use products or Dovixa for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment disputes, security risks, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these terms.

8. Availability and updates

We aim to keep purchased files available, but uninterrupted or permanent hosting cannot be guaranteed. You should securely retain your own downloaded copy. Products, features, prices, and files may be corrected, updated, replaced, or discontinued. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as Dovixa continues to operate the relevant account and delivery service, subject to these terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, products and services are supplied “as available” without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or specific results. Dovixa is not responsible for decisions, losses, system changes, business outcomes, or third-party claims arising from unverified reliance on educational or AI-assisted content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dovixa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

10. Third-party services and links

Payment gateways, external websites, software, APIs, and platforms are controlled by third parties. Their availability, content, policies, and actions are their responsibility. References to third-party products do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

11. Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
