1. Information we collect

We also receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, timestamps, and security or error logs.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Dovixa does not store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or online-banking password. The payment provider may collect and process payment, identity, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy notice.

3. How we use information

• Create and secure your account.
• Process orders, confirm payments, deliver files, and provide repeat downloads.
• Send receipts, password-reset messages, service notices, and support replies.
• Remember your country, currency, cart, and account preferences.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, and technical attacks.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve Dovixa.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and regulatory obligations.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies for authentication, security, cart persistence, country and currency selection, and session continuity. These cookies are required for core marketplace features. Your country preference may be retained for up to one year unless you clear it or change your browser settings.

5. When information is shared

We may share only the information reasonably necessary with payment processors, email and hosting providers, security and analytics vendors, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and security

We retain account, order, billing, and download records for as long as needed to provide lifetime access, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. Some order or transaction records may need to be retained for legal and fraud-prevention purposes. Send requests from your registered email address to admin@dovixa.in.

8. Children, external services, and changes

Dovixa is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to online services in their jurisdiction. Links or embedded services operated by others are governed by their own policies. We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change and will publish the revised effective date here.
